Real-time Monitoring is a preview page. The metrics, events, and alerts are sample data, not your workspace data. Do not use it for compliance evidence or operational decisions.

The page shows what a live monitoring view would look like: streaming activity, security alerts, and process monitors.

What you see

Live event stream

A stream of recent events with a timestamp and a colored severity indicator, such as case creation, form saves, task assignments, document uploads, failed logins, and process deployments.

Active alerts

Sample security alerts, such as a brute-force attempt or unusual case creation, with suggested actions. The actions in this preview do not change real data.

Live process monitors

Sample process cards with active case counts and completion times, plus a most-active user.

Controls

The header includes preview controls:

  • Play and Pause
  • Speed: 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 5x
  • Sound on or off

The page refreshes on a short interval to simulate a live feed.

Availability

Real-time Monitoring is hidden from the BPM sidebar by product request. The route and its permission remain; access it directly if it is enabled for your role.
