Tree and navigation¶
The Explorer tree is the folder structure of the DMS repositories. Each repository has its own hierarchy, and folders can nest deeply.
Navigate¶
- Open Estructura de carpetas.
- Select a repository.
- Expand a folder to load its subfolders.
- Select a folder to list its documents.
Large folders load lazily and paginate, so opening a repository does not load the entire tree.
What the tree shows¶
- repositories and their root folders;
- nested folders and container folders;
- documents inside the selected folder;
- access markers for documents you can or cannot open.
Search and filters¶
Use the explorer search to find folders or documents, and the status and classification filters to narrow the tree. Search behavior is configurable by an administrator.
Permissions¶
The tree requires explorador:ver. Restricted repositories and internal taxonomy
are hidden unless you have the corresponding permissions.
