Forms¶
Dynaforms are the forms a process uses to collect and display data. In a case, the form is shown as part of the current step or in the forms panel.
Work with a form¶
- Open the case and go to the current step or the forms panel.
- Fill in the fields.
- Check any validation messages before you continue.
- Continue with the case step.
Whether a form is editable depends on the step, the case state, and your permissions. A form shown for reference is read-only.
Form behavior is defined in Designer
Fields, validation, and conditional visibility come from the process definition. If a form does not behave as expected, contact the process designer. See DynaForms.
