Version gallery¶
The Explorer's version gallery shows the versions of a document in a visual viewer. Use it to compare or retrieve an older file.
Open the gallery¶
- Select a document in the Explorer.
- Choose Versions.
- Select a version to preview it.
From the gallery you can preview a version or download it, when allowed.
Relationship to document versions¶
The gallery reads the same version history as the document panel. See Versions for adding a version or comparing versions.
Permissions¶
Viewing versions requires document read access. Downloading a version requires the download permission.
