Audit¶
Temporal audit log
The DMS audit log is temporal/transitional. It may be replaced by the shared audit service. Do not treat it as a permanent compliance archive.
DMS records its own activity in a temporal audit log and publishes events to the shared audit service. The DMS log is useful for day-to-day investigation and troubleshooting while the shared service becomes the long-term audit source.
What you can review¶
- Audit log — the DMS event list, filters, statistics, and CSV export.
- Document activity log — the per-document log in the document panel, which shows the events for one document.
Event categories¶
DMS events are grouped by area, such as users, documents, case files, administration, repositories, and system. Each event records the actor, action, object, outcome, and time. Retention and cleanup are configurable.
What the DMS audit log is not¶
- It is not the shared audit service used by BPM.
- It is not a permanent compliance archive.
- It does not replace the per-document activity log for document-level review.
Permissions¶
auditoria:ver— open the audit log.auditoria:exportar— export events.auditoria:exportar_sensible— export sensitive fields.documento:ver_log— see a document's activity log.
