Case Analytics

Case throughput, workload, and cycle-time health. This is the operational view of how cases move through your processes.

What you see

  • Date range and a process filter near the gauges.
  • Ten case-event cards: creation, activation, claimed, pause, resume, deletion, assignment, reassignment, routed (derived), and completed.
  • Case Events — a timeseries with the same ten event types.
  • Open Cases table — case number, created at, created by, current user, and days open.
  • Cases by Process — a bar chart of case volume per process.
  • Cases per User — a horizontal bar chart of assigned active cases per user.
  • Three target gauges:
  • Cycle Time (minutes; lower is better)
  • Cases Activated per Hour
  • Cases Completed per Hour

Each gauge has a target input in its top-right corner.

How to use it

  1. Set the date range for the period you are reviewing.
  2. Scan the cards for unusual creation, deletion, or reassignment volume.
  3. Use the gauges to compare current performance with your targets.
  4. Open the Cases page to investigate a specific case.

Notes

  • The process filter applies to the three gauges only. The cards, the case events chart, and the two bar charts follow the date range.
  • The Open Cases table is a current snapshot and is not affected by the date range. It is sortable, filterable, and paginated.
  • The activation and completion targets default to 10; the cycle-time target is empty until you set one.
