Task queue¶
Task queue (Cola de tareas) shows background work handled by the DMS worker. Use it to follow and retry jobs that affect documents and users.
Tabs¶

| OCR | Text extraction and OCR jobs |
| LDAP/AD | Directory synchronization jobs |
| BPM uploads | DMS-to-BPM upload queue |
Each tab shows the job status, timestamps, and error details. Depending on the tab, you can retry or delete a job.
When a job fails¶
- Open the failing tab.
- Read the error.
- Fix the cause, such as a connection or a document restriction.
- Retry the job.

configuracion:ver— view the queue.configuracion:editar— retry or delete jobs.
