System status¶
System status shows the health of the DMS services and resources. Use it to confirm that the platform is healthy before troubleshooting a document or search problem.
What it shows¶
- database connectivity;
- Redis and cache status;
- storage availability;
- antivirus status;
- worker status;
- memory, CPU, and disk usage;
- recent server and worker logs.
Use it for¶
- checking whether a slow search is caused by a service outage;
- confirming that the worker is running after a deployment;
- reviewing disk or memory pressure;
- sharing a status snapshot with support.
Permissions¶
System status requires configuracion:ver. The log view may require an additional
log permission and can be restricted.
