User Analytics

How many people are active, and when. This dashboard focuses on users and sessions rather than cases.

What you see

• Date range (top right): Today, This Week, Previous Week, This Month, This Year, or a custom range.
• User Activity Over Time — an area chart with two series: Active Users and Active Sessions.
• Active Users — a bar chart of distinct users per time bucket.

How to use it

1. Pick the period you care about.
2. Look for peaks that match known busy periods, and for quiet stretches.
3. To inspect the events behind a peak, open the Explorer and filter by User.

Notes

• Active users and active sessions are different counts: one person can open several sessions.
• A user with no events in the selected range is not counted.
• Times follow your Luos timezone; see Settings and preferences.
