Audit log

Audit (Auditoría) lists DMS events. Use it to investigate who did what, when, and on which document or case.

Temporal data

This log is temporal/transitional and may be replaced by the shared audit service. Do not rely on it as a permanent compliance archive.

Filters

Use the filters to narrow the event list:

  • event category and event type;
  • user;
  • date range;
  • BPM case;
  • path or location, when available.

The page also shows event and category statistics for the selected period.

Review an event

Each row shows the time, actor, category, event, object, and outcome. Open an event to see its detail.

Export

Use Export to download the filtered events as CSV. Exporting sensitive fields requires the sensitive-export permission. Treat exported files as confidential.

Retention and maintenance

Administrators configure retention, cleanup, and archive. The audit log can move old data to monthly files according to the retention policy. This behavior is transitional and can change when the shared audit service replaces the DMS log.

Permissions

  • auditoria:ver — open the log.
  • auditoria:exportar — export events.
  • auditoria:exportar_sensible — export sensitive fields.
