Search configuration¶
Search configuration (Config. buscador) controls how the Explorer searches folders and documents. You configure search modes and fields per repository or document group.
Configure search¶
- Open Administration → Search configuration.
- Choose the repository or group.
- Select the search mode and the fields that can be searched.
- Save.
The configuration changes the Explorer search behavior. Test it with a small folder before applying it broadly.
Permissions¶
explorador_config:ver— view the configuration.explorador_config:editar— change it.
