Views¶
The Explorer can show a folder as a list, as icons, or as a gallery. Switch views without changing the selected folder.
List view¶
Best for reviewing many documents and comparing metadata columns. It shows the document name, type, status, dates, and other configured columns.
Icon view¶
Best for scanning a folder by file type and name. Each document is shown as an icon with its name.
Gallery view¶
Best for images and visual documents. The gallery shows a large preview area and a strip of thumbnails. Use the arrow keys or the navigation controls to move between documents.
