BPM integration¶
DMS integrates with Lurana BPM in both directions:
- BPM → DMS: a BPM case sends documents to DMS, and BPM embeds DMS views in a case.
- DMS → BPM: a DMS user searches for a BPM case, uploads documents to it, or runs regularization.
What you can do¶
| Page | Use it for |
|---|---|
| BPM Statistics | Follow document activity and sync health |
| Upload to BPM | Upload documents to a BPM case |
How access works¶
BPM opens DMS through an authentication bridge. The embedded session can be read-only, in which case DMS blocks upload, edit, and delete actions. Your DMS permissions still apply inside the embedded session.
The integration also has backend contracts for ingesting, reclassifying, deleting, and refreshing case documents, plus a queue for DMS-to-BPM uploads. Those backend contracts are outside this user guide.
Permissions¶
Typical permissions include:
bpm_enabled— the integration is enabled for the workspace.bpm_ingesta:ver— see the BPM pages.bpm_ingesta:crear— upload a document to a case.bpm_ingesta:subir_caso— upload from the Explorer case view.estadisticas_bpm:ver— open BPM Statistics.regularizacion:verandregularizacion:ejecutar— run regularization.
