BPM case search

The Explorer can search for a BPM case and show the case's documents in the folder context.

Search a case

  1. Open Estructura de carpetas.
  2. Open the BPM case search.
  3. Enter a case number or related value.
  4. Select the case to load its context.

The case view shows the document structure for the case. From here you can open a document, preview it, or upload a document to the case.

Embedded BPM sessions

BPM opens the Explorer in an embedded session. If the session is read-only, the Explorer blocks upload, edit, and delete actions.

Permissions

  • explorador:ver — use the Explorer.
  • bpm_ingesta:ver — see the BPM case context.
  • bpm_ingesta:subir_caso — upload a document to the case.
