Email servers

Admin → Settings → Email Servers configures the servers Lurana BPM uses to send email, such as case notifications and password messages.

Add an email server

  1. Choose New.
  2. Choose the engine: PHPMAILER, IMAP, MAIL, GMAILAPI, or OFFICE365API.
  3. Enter the server, port, account, and authentication details.
  4. Set the from address and name.
  5. Test the connection. Save is blocked until the test passes.

The email server list

The list shows the engine, server, port, account, from address and name, and whether the server is the default.

From the list you can Edit and Delete a server. Test connection is inside the add/edit form. Keep one server as the default for outgoing mail.

Email affects sign-in and notifications

Password recovery and case notifications depend on a working email server. Test after any change.
