Folder search¶
The Explorer search finds folders and documents without expanding the whole tree. The available search modes are configured per repository or document group.
Search¶
- Open Estructura de carpetas.
- Select the repository.
- Enter a folder or document name in the search box.
- Open a result to load the folder or document.
Depending on the configuration, the search can match names, metadata, or both.
Search configuration¶
Administrators configure search modes in Administration → Search configuration. The configuration controls which fields are searchable for each repository or group.
BPM case search¶
The Explorer also offers a BPM case search. Use it to find a case and show its document context. See BPM case search.
Permissions¶
Search requires explorador:ver. Editing the search configuration requires
explorador_config:editar.
