Documents¶
Documents is the main document list. Use it to search, filter, review, update, version, and export documents.
Find documents¶
- Status cards filter the list by lifecycle state.
- Column filters narrow the list by group, type, date, case, uploader, filename, title, and metadata.
- DQL search runs a structured query from the search bar.
- Quick filters cover common cases such as today, this week, mine, pending, active, expiring, and expired.
- Saved searches keep a query for later. Each user can keep a limited number.
Work with a document¶
Select a document to open the document panel. The panel includes:

From the panel you can:

Document lifecycle¶
Documents move through Draft, Active, Archived, Deleted, and Locked states. Drafts are completed through the upload wizard. Active documents can be searched, versioned, and archived. Deleted documents move to Deleted.
Permissions¶
Document actions use granular permissions such as documento:ver,
documento:crear, documento:editar, documento:versionar,
documento:descargar, documento:eliminar, and documento:reclasificar.
Confidential metadata and hidden fields have separate permissions.
