Dashboards¶
The Overview dashboard is the landing view and the fastest read on case flow and people activity in the current workspace. It answers: how many cases are moving, how many are stuck, and how many people are active?
The Dashboard area lists the dashboards available to you, grouped by audience.
What you see¶
Case cards
- Created Cases — cases created in the audit log.
- Completed Cases — cases that reached completion.
- In-Process Cases — cases currently being worked.
User and session cards
- Active Users — distinct users with activity.
- Active Sessions — sessions seen in the audit log.
Case stages flow
A flow diagram of the case lifecycle: created, in draft, deleted, activated, in progress, paused, completed, and cancelled. Use it to see where cases accumulate.
How to use it¶
- Open Overview after selecting your workspace in Luos.
- Compare Completed with In-Process to spot a growing backlog.
- Use the cards as a starting point, then open Case Analytics for the trend or the Explorer for the individual events.
Notes¶
- The Overview has no date-range control; the cards show current totals from the audit log.
- All numbers are derived from audit events, not from a separate case database.
- Related: Case Analytics, Explorer.
