Processes

Process Intelligence shows one process's lifecycle and the cases that ran through it. Use it to answer: how healthy is this process, and what happened over time?

Load a process

  1. Enter a process name, process ID, or process UID in the search box in the page header.
  2. Press Enter or click Load.

You can also deep-link with /processes?process=<identifier>.

If the process has no events, the page shows a clear "process not found" message. If the query fails, it shows a structured error.

Overview card

  • Process name (fallback: process ID), process ID, and process UID.
  • Status badges with the number of cases in each state: Draft, Active, Completed, Cancelled.
  • First activity, last activity, and duration.
  • Number of cases, participants, and events.

Category filter

The dropdown above the results filters the events by category: All categories (default), process, form, trigger, task, and case. Only categories present in the loaded process are offered.

Lifecycle and event log

  • Process Lifecycle — the process's events with time, action, actor, and details (case, task). Process create/update/delete/export/publish events are highlighted.
  • Detailed Event Log — a table with time, actor, event, action, process, case, task, and log ID.

Both follow the category filter and show the newest events first.

Export

The Export button in the page header downloads the process's audit events as process_<identifier>.csv.

The CSV includes all of the process's events; the category filter only changes what is shown on screen. See Exports for the format and caveats.

Notes

  • The page is read-only.
  • Times are shown in your timezone.
  • A process with no audit events cannot be loaded here.
