Case map¶
The case map shows the process diagram of a single case: which tasks it went through, which one it is in now, and which ones it never visited. It is read-only.
Open the map¶
Open the case or its history and choose View map. The map opens with the diagram of the process that runs the case.
What the map shows¶
- Task colours are the colours set in the designer, so a colour used to mark a type of work is still recognisable here.
- Visited tasks are shown opaque, with a status indicator on each one.
- Tasks the case never reached stay visible but attenuated, and keep their colour.
- The legend explains the icons and the status indicators.
You cannot move, edit, or add figures: the diagram is a picture of the case, not an editor.
Inspect a task¶
Select a task to open two tabs:
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| Information | The last user who worked on it, with photo or initials |
| Delegations | Each delegation, with photo or initials |
The information belongs to this case only; selecting another case shows that case's data.
Language¶
The legend, the tabs, and the labels follow the interface language. A user working in English sees the map in English, with no mixed labels.
