Settings and preferences

Audit Logs does not have its own settings dialog. Preferences come from your Luos session and are applied automatically.

Timezone

• The display timezone comes from the zoneinfo claim in your Luos session (an IANA name such as America/La_Paz).
• It is used for charts, tables, log details, and CSV exports.
• If the claim is missing or invalid, the dashboard uses UTC.
• Custom date ranges are interpreted in your timezone and converted to UTC for the query.

To change it, update your timezone in Luos and reopen the dashboard; the value comes from your Luos session.

Language

• The interface is available in English and Spanish.
• The language is captured when you sign in and is used for every page.
• Change your language in Luos; the dashboard picks it up the next time Luos opens it (the language is captured at sign-in).

Page content in this guide mirrors both languages: English at /, Spanish at /es/.

Theme

The light or dark theme is controlled by the Luos shell around the dashboard and may follow your system preference. The dashboard's charts and tables use the same theme so they stay readable in both modes.

Session behavior

• Your access token is short-lived and is refreshed automatically.
• If the refresh token is rejected, the dashboard clears the session and shows the Session Expired page.
• Transient network failures do not sign you out.
• After a deployment that changes the dashboard, an old tab may be out of date; it reloads once automatically.

Workspace

The workspace is chosen in Luos. All pages, filters, and exports use that workspace. If the workspace cannot be resolved, the dashboard shows a Workspace Error page rather than returning data from another workspace.

What is not configurable here

The following are intentionally outside this application:

• user accounts, roles, and departments
• language and timezone defaults for your organization
• dashboard installation and plugin versions
• report schedules and alert rules (preview pages only)
