Notifications

The bell in the top bar tells you about activity on your cases without leaving the screen you are working on.

Unread counter

The bell shows the number of unread notifications. The counter disappears when there is nothing unread.

Open the panel

Select the bell. A panel opens over the page — not a browser alert. It lists:

  • notes that other people added to your cases;
  • cases that were derived to you.

Each entry identifies the case it belongs to and who caused it.

Act on a notification

Action Result
Select a notification Opens the related case
Mark as read on one entry The counter decreases by one
Mark all The counter disappears

Read state is stored on the server: after a reload the counter stays where you left it.
