DynaForms¶
DynaForms are the forms a process uses to collect and display data. You build them in the Process Designer and they appear in case steps.
Create or edit a form¶
- Open the process in the Process Designer.
- Open DynaForms.
- Create a form or select an existing one.
- Add fields and arrange them on the form.
- Configure behavior such as validation, default values, and conditional visibility.
- Save the form.
Preview a form¶
Use the form preview to check the layout and the field behavior before you use the form in a case. The preview is not a substitute for a real case test.
Use a form in a process¶
The process routes a case to a step that uses the form. When the case reaches that step, the form is shown to the user in the case workspace. Whether the form is editable depends on the step and on the user's permissions.
Form behavior comes from the design
If a field is missing, read-only, or not validating as expected, check the form definition and the step configuration.
