Bulk upload

Bulk upload (Carga masiva) uploads many files or a folder in one flow. Use it for migrations or for adding a batch of documents.

Upload a batch

  1. Open Carga masiva.
  2. Select multiple files or a folder.
  3. Review the file list.
  4. Upload each file and follow the result for each one.
  5. Open the linked drafts to complete classification and metadata.

Bulk upload creates drafts or documents depending on the file and your permissions. Files that need classification can be completed later from the Documents list or the linked draft.

Restrictions

The same rules as the guided upload apply:

  • file type and size validation;
  • upload restrictions;
  • storage quota;
  • antivirus scanning and duplicate detection.

Permissions

Bulk upload requires documento:carga_masiva. Creating a document still requires documento:crear.
