Profile and preferences¶
Your account menu, the language selector, and the theme toggle live in the top bar and follow you across sessions.
The account menu: edit your profile, change the language, or sign out.
Edit your profile¶
- Select your avatar in the top bar.
- Choose Edit profile.
- The profile form opens inside the modern shell — the rail and top bar stay visible.
- Change your phone number, photo, or other personal fields.
- Save.
Changes are kept when you reopen the form, and the avatar in the top bar shows the new photo. The Role field is visible but read-only: only an administrator can change your role from Users.
Language¶
Choose English or Español in the account menu. The interface changes immediately without signing out, including menus, titles, buttons, and case states, and the choice survives a reload.
The sidebar shows the same sections and options in both languages. If an option is missing in one language, that is a translation defect, not a permission difference.
Texts that must not appear
Technical keys such as ID_... or home.list.status mean a label is missing
from the translation package. Report them; do not work around them.
Theme¶
Select the sun / moon button next to the bell to switch between light and dark mode. It shows a moon while you are in light mode and a sun while you are in dark mode.
Dark mode: the same Home screen with the dark palette.
- The whole interface changes at once: rail, sidebar, top bar, and content.
- The workspace keeps a logo for each background — light and dark — and the application shows the one that matches the mode. Both are uploaded in Themes.
- The choice is kept per browser and survives a reload; a second click returns to the previous mode.
- A browser with no stored preference starts in dark mode.
Dark mode is a personal preference. It does not change the workspace palette that Themes applies to everyone; it only selects the dark rendering of that palette.
