Upload restrictions¶
Upload restrictions limit what a user, group, or department can upload. Use them to enforce document policy by repository, group, type, or file type.
Manage restrictions¶
- Open Administration → Upload restrictions.
- Choose New, or select a restriction to edit.
- Choose the subject and target.
- Set the allowed or blocked combinations.
- Save.
Administrators are exempt from upload restrictions. Restrictions also apply when a document is reclassified.
Permissions¶
restriccion_carga:ver— view restrictions.restriccion_carga:crear,restriccion_carga:editar,restriccion_carga:eliminar— manage them.
