Home

Home is where you work with cases. The sidebar groups your case lists and the process categories your administrator has configured.

Inbox Cases waiting for you, unassigned cases, and paused cases
Favorites Processes you start often, in the new-case dialog and quick launcher
Draft Cases you started but have not submitted
Participated Cases you participated in
Process Supervisor Cases you supervise

Common list controls

The case lists share the same layout:

  • Search filters the list by the text you type.
  • Tabs split a list into groups, such as pendings, unassigned, and paused. Counts appear next to the tab names when they are available.
  • Column configuration lets you choose which columns are visible.
  • Selection opens a toolbar with actions for the selected case.
  • Open opens the case in the case workspace.

Row actions and the single-case selection toolbar depend on your permissions and on the state of the case. A case that is paused, for example, shows Unpause instead of Pause.

Case titles and sender

A case title can carry formatting from the process — bold text, line breaks. The list shows the formatted title, never HTML tags or a clickable element. Long titles wrap instead of overlapping the row actions.

The Sender column shows the photo and name of the person who derived the case, formatted as configured for the workspace. Hovering the sender opens a contact card with their profile and contact details. Cases created by an automatic task show the sender greyed out, because there is no person behind them.

Counts and permissions

Counts and actions are scoped to your workspace and your role. If a list is empty, check your permissions and any active search.
