Queries

Queries (Consultas) are pre-built searches assigned to areas or teams. Use them for recurring searches that an administrator has prepared.

Run a query

  1. Open Consultas.
  2. Choose the query assigned to your area.
  3. Review the results grid.
  4. Open a document or the Expediente panel for detail.
  5. Export the results if you have the export permission.

Administrators create and assign queries in Administration → Custom queries. If no queries are assigned to you, the page is empty.

What a query controls

The administrator defines the search criteria, the visible columns, and who can use the query. The results still respect your document access.

Permissions

  • consulta:acceder — open the page and run queries.
  • consulta:exportar — export results.
