Document Analytics

How documents move through the system: uploads, downloads, generations, and the documents that take up the most space.

What you see

Highlights

  • Documents Downloaded
  • Documents Generated
  • Documents Uploaded
  • Documents on the Server

These four cards are current totals and do not follow the date range.

Quality gauges

  • Reassignments per Case (lower is better)
  • Completed Without Pauses or Reassignments (percentage; higher is better)

Each gauge has a target input. The gauges follow the date range.

Activity

  • Document Activity — document events over time.
  • Documents by Event and Role — grouped bars for generations, uploads, and downloads per role.
  • Documents Uploaded by User — a horizontal bar chart.
  • Top 10% Heaviest Uploaded Documents — a table with document ID, name, size, uploader, and upload time. It is paginated, sortable, and filterable, and it is a current snapshot that does not follow the date range.
  • Cumulative Document Growth — total documents over time.

How to use it

  1. Check the highlight cards for the current document picture.
  2. Use the gauges to see whether work is being completed cleanly, without reassignments or pauses.
  3. Use the activity charts to find unusual upload or download patterns.
  4. Open the Explorer and filter by event type or user to inspect individual document events.

Notes

  • Gauges and activity charts follow the date range; the four cards and the Top 10% table are current snapshots.
